Experienced Bindery Supervisor in the printing, and packaging industry.

• Must have 5+ years’ experience in the printing industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Having knowledge of handling the press flow from prepress to post press.
• Knowledge of Print production, and manual binding operations.
• Building a team workforce for better outcomes.
• Responsibility for assigning work processes and Quality checks till Delivery
• Minimize wastage and excess output
• Can be a team leader to handle a team of 60 employees in one shift
