• Must have 5+ years’ experience in the printing industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Having knowledge of handling the press flow from prepress to post press.
• Can work accurately & methodically for ongoing work processes and job tasking until deliverables.
• The key link between shop floor & management with problem-solving skills, improvising processes, and cost-efficiency.
• Expertise in planning, material requirements, and time allocation for the job process.
• Ensuring collaboration between different staff in different departments.
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work, set targets, plan, and decision maker.
• Experience in Spot-UV, hot stamping, embossing, printing techniques & method
• Can be a team leader to handle a team of 150 employees.
• Must be able to communicate in English & Hindi
